A whole mumble jumble of a salad

I am transitioning from the bakery to the restaurant and thought I would quick drop you a post. I must be there in thirty minutes flat, so no time to waste. I do have a salad to share with you that we had for dinner last night. Left overs anyone? 

I believe the way to keep salads interesting is to randomly throw anything and everything on the top of a bed of lettuce.  You will never get bored, well hopefully not, if you continue to change up your salad toppings. On the menu:

Old bay seasoned shrimp, mozz cheese, grilled peas, grilled corn, toms, and chick peas. Who doesn’t love grilled veggies on a salad? If you aren’t sure what to do with the random shenanigans in your fridge, throw it on the salad, not in the garbage disposal.

  1. Vegetables can also go in your compost pile, if there not eatable anymore.
