dijon pretzel encrusted haddock

The fish I had for dinner tonight was easy to make and tasty.


  • 4 pretzel rods
  • 1 to 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 piece white fish of choice


  1. Crush pretzels up with a meat tenderizer
  2. Mix in bowl Dijon mustard, agave syrup and olive oil.
  3. Coat the fish in the liquid mixture.
  4. Roll fish in the pretzel pieces.
  5. Brown for 4 minutes on each side or until fish becomes flaky.

We also had those tofu noodles again with dinner. Yum, Yum!
