The fish I had for dinner tonight was easy to make and tasty.
- 4 pretzel rods
- 1 to 2 T olive oil
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 1 piece white fish of choice
- Crush pretzels up with a meat tenderizer
- Mix in bowl Dijon mustard, agave syrup and olive oil.
- Coat the fish in the liquid mixture.
- Roll fish in the pretzel pieces.
- Brown for 4 minutes on each side or until fish becomes flaky.
We also had those tofu noodles again with dinner. Yum, Yum!
