portobella stuffed mushrooms

Make this for dinner:

Portobello Quinoa Stuffed Mushrooms


  • quinoa
  • gorgonzola cheese
  • panko bread crumbs
  • softened cream cheese
  • fresh basil as a garnish


  1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
  2. Scoop out inside of mushroom cap
  3. Fill mushroom cap with stuffing mixture.
  4. Place stuffed mushroom cap on oiled tin foil.
  5. Grill for ten minutes on low heat.
  6. Cheese will be melted and mixture will be golden in color.
  7. ENJOY!
