Make this for dinner:
Portobello Quinoa Stuffed Mushrooms
- gorgonzola cheese
- panko bread crumbs
- softened cream cheese
- fresh basil as a garnish
- Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
- Scoop out inside of mushroom cap
- Fill mushroom cap with stuffing mixture.
- Place stuffed mushroom cap on oiled tin foil.
- Grill for ten minutes on low heat.
- Cheese will be melted and mixture will be golden in color.
