pumpkin smoothie

Tis the season to have pumpkin…

In the mix:

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 3/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Throw all ingredients in blender. When smooth, ENJOY!

*To really enjoy, add whip cream, sprinkle of cinnamon and a straw
