oats..not just for oatmeal

This morning I decided to throw oats in my smoothie! It worked out perfectly.

  •  1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • *dash of water if needed

  1. If you think to soak your oats before hand, they will be more digestible.
