O squared

O squared = overnight oats. They are all over the blog world and enjoyed by many! I figured they were worth making from hearing all the rave reviews about them.

In the mix:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water or less
  • small spoonful greek yogurt
  • sprinkle flax seeds
  • sprinkle blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter, melted
  • 1 tsp agave nectar

What to do:

  1. Place all ingredients in jar except peanut butter and agave. Stir well and place in refrigerator.
  2. Once morning hits, drizzle with agave, drizzle with melted PB.
  3. ENJOY!
