Pesto & Cheese Kale Casserole

Greeny Casserole

What you need to make:

  • leafy greens – kale
  • ricotta cheese
  • millet (or grain of choice)
  • mozzarella cheese
  • half and half

 How to make:

1. Layer casserole dish with leafy greens – here kale

2. Cover greens with millet, ricotta cheese, kale pesto

3. Top with mozzarella cheese and drizzle cream over casserole.

4. Bake at 350F for 15 mintes and ENJOY!
