shake up lunch

Lunch in a Jar

 If you eat the same thing for lunch every day, shake things up a bit! Put fixings in a jar, drizzle with dressing, and enjoy!


1/2 cup cooked millet



chic peas


spinach on top – not pictured, added after


1. Place all ingredients in jar and shake it up!
