brussels sprouts can be good!

Almond & Cranberry Chopped Brussels Sprouts

 

Ingredients:

  • brussels sprouts
  • dried cranberries
  • chopped almonds
  • olive oil

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice brussels sprouts – remove outer layer of sprouts and small nub on end.
  2. Heat pan on medium heat with olive oil.
  3. Add brussels sprouts and saute for 10 minutes or until nicely browned.
  4. Add chopped almonds and heat for a minute.
  5. Take off heat, plate and sprinkle with cranberries and ENJOY!
