Who knew crepes were easy?!

I definitely didn’t know that crepes could be made with a few ingredients. I think of the sophisticated French making these light and airy pancakes and I think of time, lots of ingredients and a high level of difficulty. Well, I thought wrong. Wasn’t the first time! These crepes took a few minutes to make and the list of ingredients is short…


  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt


  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Heat pan on medium and coat bottom with butter.
  2. Drop a small, 1/4 cup of batter or less in pan and swirl it around, coating the bottom of the pan.
  3. Let crepe brown on either side 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stuff with your choice of fruit, yogurt, eggs, almond butter.
  5. Top with whip cream or syrup. ENJOY!!
